• Workmanship for 90 days. If anything we installed, swept, sealed, or rebuilt fails because of how we did the work, Wendell and his crew come back and fix it at no cost to you, within 90 days of the completed job.
• Parts we supply. We install components from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. If a part we supplied turns out to be defective, we’ll handle the replacement and the labor to put it right.
• Cleanup that looks like we were never there. Drop cloths down before the first tool comes off the truck, a full vacuum of the hearth and surrounding floor when we finish, and no soot tracked through your Annapolis home. If you find a mess after we leave, that’s covered too.
• An arrival window we actually honor. When you book with us, you get a real window of time. If it slips, the sweep who shows up at your door calls you first. No sitting around wondering if anyone is coming.
